Happy Thanksgiving Friends!!
I am so excited to give you my menu of tested Thanksgiving dishes that I will be serving my family and friends next week.
My mantra is that I never want any of you who are committing to lowering your blood sugars and insulin productions, to feel like you have to deny and deprive yourselves of wonderful satisfying foods. That is no way to live.
I want to introduce you to foods that actually help you achieve your health goals while you feel true satisfaction. Nothing is worse than feeling deprived and when we never feel satisfied we tend to just give up. Life should not be that hard.
